Arsenal attacker Bukayo Saka is currently with the England national team ahead of the Nations League games against Ireland today and Finland on Tuesday, and he has been proving his quality in training.
The Gunners star challenged his Chelsea counterpart Noni Madueke in a shooting drill, with Harry Kane passing them the ball before they attempted to score, and the Bayern Munich star and other players were impressed with the effort from Saka.
As seen in the clip uploaded by England on X (formerly Twitter), the Arsenal star left the goalkeeper with no choice after drilling his shot into the far corner, and while Madueke also scored from a decent attempt, it was Saka who produced the best strike.
The 23-year-old Gunners forward has 12 goals and seven assists in 40 games for the Three Lions and will be looking forward to adding to that tally in the coming days.
Arsenal are back in action after the international break with a trip to face Tottenham Hotspur on September 15, and Saka will be looking forward to the North London derby and putting Spurs to the sword.
The Hale End academy graduate has one goal and three assists in the opening three Premier League games of 2024-25 and is on form ahead of the big game.
Tottenham head into the derby with a win, a draw and a defeat, and Arsenal will fancy their chances of leaving their stadium with all three points.
Saka has his mind on the match despite being on international duty, and Spurs will have no chance against the Gunners if the Englishman is on song all game.
